Welcome to my blog. I’m going to use this space to explore and create, covering things that spark my interest and imagination.

I would like to develop ideas in education, sports, technology, psychology, aspects of business and management, and other areas that get me going. Just for a bit of fun.

I love all sports including running and cycling, connecting to nature and cooking with friends. I am a governor of a school in Tottenham. In my spare time I am working on a cycling project with my brother.
